Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Ravikkai Madras by VINTAGE CLOSET, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
• Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
• To request a cancellation, please email us at ravikkaimadras@gmail.com with your order details.

Refunds

• We currently do not offer refunds for products once purchased, except in cases of:

               Wrong item received

               Damaged product upon delivery

• To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
